At Erhaim, we are committed to delivering premium, high-quality products designed with precision and care.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• If you received a defective or damaged item
• If you received the wrong product

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Important Notes

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for an exchange
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
• We are not responsible for incorrect size selection — please refer carefully to our size guide before purchasing


European Union Notice

For orders within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to a 14-day withdrawal period under consumer protection laws. However, this right may not apply to hygiene-related items once opened or used.
